Potlucks stress me out a little. I always worry about what to bring and whether or not anyone will eat it. For today's party, I'm making sausage stromboli, which of course, I've never made before. lol. My dad made both a ham and cheese and a sausage stromboli last Thanksgiving for an appetizer and they tasted awesome. Everyone loved them and asked for the recipes. So I thought that I would try to make one for this party, but the recipe that he used called for making the dough from scratch. Umm, I don't think so. I can't remember if he made the dough or used refrigerated dough, but I looked online for an easier recipe.
I found one that sounded good, so here I am, attempting my first stromboli. I guess if it doesn't taste good, we can stop at the grocery store and pick up something before going to the party. ![]()
